The Golf Course

Penn Hills Hoel 5The Links at Penn Hills has been built to a 4 star level with care given to the latest technology and construction procedures

The course is creatively designed using the unique and varying features of the site with it's rolling hills, beautiful vistas, wooded areas and the tidal river dyke lands. Large undulating bent grass greens.

Four sets of large bent grass tees will increase or lessen the challenge and large undulating bent grass greens will be a pleasure to putt on.

The course has a 4 star level and with the excitement of the property combined with the Les Furber design will quickly become one of the best clubs in the Halifax - Moncton corridor. The ongoing maintenance will be done so as to build and maintain a reputation of quality.

Les Furber has designed several other great courses in Canada as well as in Europe and around the world. A full list of his works can be seen on his website www.gdsgolf.ca.

A few examples are:

  • Glasgow Hills - New Glasgow , P.E.I.
  • Predator Ridge - Vernon, B.C. (Host of 2000 Skins Game)
  • St. Eugene Golf Resort - Cranbrook, B.C. (ranked top 3 best new Canadian Courses in 2001)
